Camp Maritime Policy

Whether you are receiving private lessons, chartering a boat or having a private one of a kind water sports party, it’s important that everyone stays safe.

We’ve put together some important policies in place for everyone to be on the same page.

Customers will receive a full refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances prior to the trip leaving the dock. 

Trips that are cut short due to weather, by decision of the operator will receive a gift card with a time credit to be used at a future date. 

If a customer decides to end a trip early, no refund of any kind shall be given. No shows will be charged the full price. 

Cancelling within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to 75% of your booking total.

Your lateness time will be deducted from your Party, Event, Charter or Lesson.

It is recommended to be 30 minutes early and to plan a head.

Gift Cards: Gift Card and Pass Pack purchases are non refundable and not returnable. All Gift Card sales are final.

Regarding Behavior, it is important to always keep a professional level of courtesy. Failure to adhere to the last two rules will the result in stoppage and ending of all activities.

Disrespectfulness will not be tolerated.

All participants must wear all their safety gear.
